If you have already signed up with the basic eSellerate Affiliate program, you can log in with your personal eSellerate Affiliate ID number now by going to the green box on the left-hand side bar to gain immediate access to Rose City Software's unique proprietary technology. Our exclusive new program allows us to host the landing pages and the downloads for you. After logging in, browse the list of available software titles, and select the title(s) you want to promote as a Rose City Affiliate.
NOTE: Be sure you log in using your correct Affiliate ID. HINT: This should be a number something like this: AFL987654321. This system does not validate the ID against your name. If you use an invalid eSellerate Affiliate ID, the links you will be provided with will also be invalid and you would not get credit for the sales. The responsibility is yours to ensure the accuracy of your eSellerate Affiliate ID. Also please remember... just as with the basic eSellerate EST system, once you've signed up as an eSellerate Affiliate, you must then actually request individual authorization within the eSellerate system for each title you want to promote... most are set to auto-approve, but some require manual approval and make take a day or so before you are authorized to sell those. Start here on our website for the fastest way to seek authorization on the titles you are interested in.
After logging in, from the list of software titles presented, simply copy the links provided and place them on your website, newsletter or other promotional venue. Again, remember you must first request authorization thru eSellerate to sell any titles you are interested in. Our database here on A1Downloads.com is not tied in with eSellerate's database directly, so the mere fact that the titles appear on your list does not imply you are already authorized to sell those titles. Request authorization for each title first.
Once you have been authorized for a particular software title and have pasted the links provided, when your visitors click on the link, they will come to the landing page on our server with your Affiliate ID in the URL. If they like what they see, and decide to download the product, then your Affiliate ID will be dynamically wrapped into the download such that when installed, your Affiliate ID will be hard-coded directly in the software's purchase link. Try it for yourself and you will see how it works!
In the new system, the Affiliate ID is wrapped much like it is with the basic system. The difference is that with the basic system you must host the EST wrapped download file yourself - and, of course, you must create promotional literature yourself or modify our sample pages to add in your custom links. Now, with our new exclusive system, you no longer need to host the file or even the landing page yourself! Just link to us and we will take care of the rest! And you will never need to update your files or your links! We insure that the links remain the same and our server will always have the latest version of each software title offered by Rose City.
